How to change your LinkedIn Settings
Change Email Address
To change your email address
on LinkedIn,
For HP Alumni News
issues, the Discussion Forums, and the Email Lists, we use
Yahoo's "Groups" system. Click
here to change.
For the Networking Groups,
we use LinkedIn's "Groups" system.

Each LinkedIn group has a separate member list |

For each LinkedIn group, you can
change these settings:
-
Visibility Setting – display the group
logo on your profile. (Default = on)
-
Announcements – receive an announcement from HPAA every few months.
(Default = on)
-
Member Messages – allow fellow
members of the group to send messages via LinkedIn. (Default = on)

To
change your settings for a LinkedIn group:
Step 1: Click "My
Groups" to see all of your LinkedIn Groups on one page
Step 2: Hover over "Go to" for the group in question, then click
"Settings" in the pulldown menu
Step 3: Click "Settings" in the upper
right corner
Step 4:
Click "Receiving Messages" in the right-hand column under "Email
