Change Email Address
To change your email address or leave the HPAA, please
go to Change Address.

For HP Alumni News
issues, the Discussion Forums, and the Email Lists, we use
Yahoo's "Groups" system.
For the Networking Groups,
we use LinkedIn's "Groups" system. Click
here to change.
Each Yahoo
group (Alumni News, Discussion Forums, Email Lists) has a separate subscription list.
For each Yahoo group, you can choose:
-
Individual Emails – receive each message
individually as it is posted. (Default)
-
Daily Digest – receive a single email with the previous day's
messages.
-
No Emails – read the messages with
your browser at your convenience. (Requires that you get a free YahooID)
You must use the same email address for all of your HPAA
subscriptions.
If you have a YahooID, click "Edit
My Groups" to see your Yahoo Groups memberships on one screen
If you do
not have a YahooID, use the table below to change your email preferences:
Step 1. Copy-and-paste the address into the "To" list of a new email
and send a blank email.
Message content does not matter – no one sees it.
Step 2. You will receive an email from Yahoo
Groups asking you to confirm the request.
Allow 48 hours for all Yahoo Groups systems to
complete your change.

Membership and "HP Alumni News"

Required for HPAA membership. The "hp_alumni_association"
group
on Yahoo is the master membership roster for HPAA. The only emails sent
to this list are issues of "HP Alumni News" every week or two. |

Once you are
confirmed as an HPAA member, you can send a blank email to:

- Turn off "HP Alumni News" emails |
