Remembrance List
The HP Remembrance List
is an email distribution list that
carries obituary
and memorial service announcements for current and former HP employees.
Announcements are
initiated by members of this list.
This
email list from HPAlumni. HPAlumni is an
informal
independent volunteer network of former HP
employees – and current HP employees who are in the
process of leaving. The informal network has rapidly grown to more than
21,000 people. It is operated by former HP employees.
It is not endorsed or supported by the Hewlett‑Packard Company.

To have an
announcement about a former co-worker distributed
on this list, send a note to the address
below. Include any information you have that would help identify the person
– such as the sites they
worked at or their job history. If there is a published obituary, please include the URL
or the name of the newspaper. If no
obituary, perhaps there is an email
address of someone close to the family who will
pass on condolences. When we can, we like to
honor someone's career with an anecdote showing
the HP Way in action.
(i.e. <name of the list>@hpalumni.org )

Why so many
reports of deaths at a relatively young age?
