Unsubscribe and Rejoin

You can change your email address by unsubscribing and rejoining HPAlumni.

Step 1.  Unsubscribe from Yahoo Groups

Each Yahoo group has a separate subscription list.

To unsubscribe from all HPAlumni Yahoo groups, send a single blank message to the list of addresses below. (The content of the message does not matter – no one sees it.)

hp_alumni_association-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com ;
hp_alumni_benefits-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com ;
hp_alumni_career-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com ;
hp_alumni_finance-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com ;
hp_alumni_jobs-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com ;
hp_alumni_remembrance-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com ;
hp_alumni_techtalk-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com ;
hp_alumni_transition-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com ;

(If your email system won't send the note – which is very rare – change the semicolons in the list of addresses to commas.)

For each of the HPAlumni groups that you are a member of, Yahoo will send you a note: "Please reply to unsubscribe from..." – to confirm that the request is authentic. Send a blank reply to each one. (The content of your reply is not read by anyone – the email goes to the Yahoo system, not to us. Not a way to communicate with the HPAlumni team.)

For each of the HPAlumni groups that you are not a member of, Yahoo will send you a note: "Unable to process your message" – which you can disregard.

After your reply, allow 48 hours for all of the Yahoo Groups systems to complete your change.
