How to escalate retiree benefits issues to AlightRHS. (Updated Jan 6, 2023.) Questions about this page: info@hpalumni.org Advice from alumni discussions. Not officially endorsed or supported. Join the HPAA at no charge. The HP Alumni Association an independent volunteer organization. We have an informal escalation path into Alight Retiree Health Solutions management (formerly Aon Retiree Health Exchange). You send the HPAA an email, which we forward to one of our contacts. They have asked us for feedback in order to improve the processes. Reporting your issue -- even if resolved -- will help prevent problems for other folks. Thanks! Steps to follow If a specific carrier or provider is involved, call their phone center first. (UHC, UHC/AARP, Aetna, Anthem, Express Scripts, Medco, OptumRx, Kaiser, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, etc.) If the first-level phone agent can't help you, ask to escalate your problem. Use the magic word "escalate."
