What's changing for 2025?
"Important changes are coming for Medicare-eligible participants!

• Starting January 1, 2026, all Medicare-eligible retirees and spouses will have coverage available exclusively through Alight Retiree Health Solutions.

• For 2025, retirees can continue to choose an HP-sponsored Medicare option, but in many cases monthly premiums will be significantly higher. If you don’t already participate with Alight Retiree Health Solutions, watch for an invitation from Alight and be sure to confirm your pre-scheduled appointment to get personalized recommendations from a licensed Benefits Advisor."

What's changing for 2025?

"Medical coverage for Medicare-eligible HP retirees and spouses participating in the HP Retiree Medical Program is available exclusively through individual insurance plans offered through Alight Retiree Health Solutions.

"Non-Medicare-eligible family members may enroll separately in one of the HP group retiree medical options (as long as any Medicare-eligible HP retirees are enrolled in coverage through Alight Retiree Health Solutions) or purchase coverage through a public health care exchange."

HP Inc Benefits Center. Operated by Alight Benefits Administration -- a separate company from the Medicare sales agency Alight Retiree Health Solutions. (Both are part of Aon, an 18,000-employee multinational.)

Ask for a "Retirement Specialist." With any phone center, if the first-level agent can't resolve your issue, ask them to "escalate" your call.
