What's changing for 2025?
"Important changes are coming for Medicare-eligible participants!
• Starting January 1, 2026, all Medicare-eligible retirees and spouses
will have coverage available exclusively through Alight Retiree Health
Solutions.
• For 2025, retirees can continue to choose an HP-sponsored Medicare
option, but in many cases monthly premiums will be significantly higher.
If you don’t already participate with Alight Retiree Health Solutions,
watch for an invitation from Alight and be sure to confirm your
pre-scheduled appointment to get personalized recommendations from a
licensed Benefits Advisor."

through individual insurance plans offered through Alight Retiree Health
Solutions.
"Non-Medicare-eligible family members may enroll separately in one of
the HP group retiree medical options (as long as any Medicare-eligible
HP retirees are enrolled in coverage through Alight Retiree Health
Solutions) or purchase coverage through a public health care exchange."
