HP and HPE Enrollment Guides. Current Enrollment Guides are at: https://www.hpalumni.org/EnrollmentGuides (*Sep 28, 2025) We have searchable copies of the Annual Enrollment Guides for HP, HPE, and DEC retirees here on the HP/HPE Alumni Association website. (Operated by volunteers. Not officially endorsed or supported.) Many changes. Lots packed into an Enrollment Guide -- especially in the last pages. Go through your Enrollment Guide very carefully -- and mark it up. The last pages cover important limitations. Even if you have a paper copy, download the current file and Use Adobe Reader's search feature to find specific words or phrases (Ctrl-F, F3, or Command-F.) Click to join the HPAA Question?
