[Unverified member comment] "Use the super secret HP 800 number when calling them (don’t use their 800 number posted on their site - you’ll just get frustrated). Here’s what happened - I called the HP Benefits line (thank goodness that they are always home and are always helpful). I explained my situation and she got an Aon rep on the phone pronto for me. The HP Benefits rep gave me this number for us HPers to use when calling AON: 800 505-8575. The AON person I spoke with also gave me a super top secret HP employee number for calling them: 800 975-0355.  --member

If you have a problem with a plan, contact the insurance agency you purchased from -- AlightRHS. If the first-level person can't resolve your issue, they can escalate it to a special group within the agency. (HP/HPE is out of the picture, except for providing the subsidy.)
