There is no HPE Enrollment Guide booklet for 2026. Instead, you will receive: - A letter and FAQ from the HPE Benefits Center. https://www.hpalumni.org/hpe-retiree-letter-FAQ-2026.pdf - An invitation package from Alight Retiree Health Solutions (AlightRHS) [The HPAA does not yet have a copy.] This year especially, for deadlines and details you need to study your Enrollment documents. Important limitations, such as re-enrollment rules, are covered in various places in the documents. Even if you have a paper copy, download the document file and use Adobe Reader's search feature to find specific words or phrases (Ctrl-F, F3, or Command-F.) You may not have some of the HPE Benefits Enrollment documents relevant to your specific situation. HPE Benefits Enrollment documents are on the HPE benefits website. HPE Retiree Benefits Toolkit: https://www.myhperewards.com Even if you have a paper copy, download the document file and use Adobe Reader's search feature to find specific words or phrases (Ctrl-F, F3, or Command-F.) If you have a change, contact your Benefits Center ASAP -- or contact the insurance sales agency that you purchased from, such as Alight Retiree Health Solutions. "They couldn't do the surgery because his insurance had been terminated. It took a very long three-way phone call with the Benefits Center and [the insurance company] to get his new coverage entered into the system." Future retirees: The most recent Benefits Enrollment documents have some useful information for non-retirees -- for example those on COBRA.
