We have copies of HPInc Annual Enrollment documents for 2026 on the HP Alumni Association website...

Go through your Enrollment Guide very carefully -- and mark it up. The last pages cover important limitations. Even if you have a paper copy, download the current file and use Adobe Reader's search feature to find specific words or phrases (Ctrl-F, F3, or Command-F.)

Pre-2003. "For US retirees and covered family members participating in the Pre-2003 HP Retiree Medical Program or the former Digital Retiree Health Program"

If HP/DEC Medicare-eligible (age 65 or older)

- Starting Sep 16. One-page letter from HP Benefits to validate that your postal address is still good. (If you don't get the one-page letter by Sep 23, change your address at http://hpbenefitscenter.com )

- Later in Sep. Printed Enrollment Guide.

- Early Oct. Personalized statement from the HP Benefits Center.

- Oct 15 - Dec 7 for current participants reviewing or changing existing coverage

- Oct 15 - Dec 31 for those enrolling as new participants

If HP/DEC Non-Medicare-eligible (under age 65)

- Starting Sep 16. One-page letter from HP Benefits to validate that your postal address is still good. (If you don't get the one-page letter by Sep 23, change your address at http://hpbenefitscenter.com )

- Later in Sep. Printed Enrollment Guide.

- Early Oct. Personalized statement from the HP Benefits Center.

- Oct 13 - 31. HP retiree benefits enrollment for non-Medicare coverage.
