Agilent sold its half of Lumileds Lighting to Philips

Agilent spun off Semiconductor Products Group, forming Avago

Agilent spun off Verigy

HP bought EDS 
EDS was temporarily structured as a subsidiary, "EDS, an HP Company."
On Sep 23, 2009, it was renamed "HP Enterprise Services."

Verigy bought by Advantest (Japan)

2011-10-31

HP bought Autonomy (UK)

2014-10-22

Agilent spun off Keysight

2015-10-21

HP spun off HPE. Continuing PC and printer company renamed HP Inc.

2017-03-20

HPE Enterprise Services was spun off and merged with Computer Sciences Corporation, creating DXC Technology

2017-09-01

HPE Software was spun off and merged with a UK company, Micro Focus.

DXC U.S. Public Sector was spun off and merged with two other companies, creating Perspecta

Micro Focus "Return of Value"  0.8296 MFGP "B" shares plus $4.30 cash

Perspecta bought by Peraton.
