Note: We are dealing with two separate, linked Alight companies. Alight Retiree Health Solutions "AlightRHS" (URLs: retiree.alight...) is a nationwide insurance sales agency. AlightWorklife (URLs: worklife.alight...) -- is the operator of the HPInc and HPE Benefits Centers.

For your first year, the Benefits Center sets up a Retiree Reimbursement Account (RRA) with an AlightWorklife service called "Your Savings Account" (YSA). Every year, a subsidy is added to your RRA. (An RRA is separate from any other non-taxable accounts -- HSA, FSA, or RMSA -- you might have.)

Each month, you pay list price directly to the insurer. The insurer notifies AlightRHS and pays them a commission. AlightRHS notifies YSA, which reimburses you every month via direct deposit until your RRA is empty. Any unused money is carried over from year to year. (The reimbursements show on your bank account as coming from "YSA.")

The AlightRHS account only shows the original allocation for this year and next year. Not the reimbursements that were made.
