For 2023: Old HP and HPE "What's Changing" Summaries and Enrollment Guides (Nov 6, 2022) Current Enrollment Guides are at: https://www.hpalumni.org/EnrollmentGuides Operated by volunteers. Not officially endorsed or supported. To cover changes after the Enrollment Guide booklets were printed, HP has developed "What's changing for 2023" summaries -- which are not available on myhpbenefits.com. (They are available here -- and on "HP Continuum" -- HPInc's official password-protected U.S. retiree social networking site. https://www.hpcontinuum.com ) Tip: Lots packed into an Enrollment Guide -- especially in the last pages. Go through your Enrollment Guide very carefully -- and mark it up. The last pages cover important limitations. Even if you have a paper copy, download the current file and use Adobe Reader's search feature to find specific words or phrases (Ctrl-F, F3, or Command-F.) HP Inc "You must make corrections by December 16, 2022, at 6 p.m. Pacific Time (8 p.m. Central Time). After that date, you won’t be able to make changes for 2023 unless you experience a qualified status change and call the HP Inc Benefits Center within 60 days." HP Retiree Medical Program (For most recent retirees.)

HP: "May apply if you retired from HP before 2003, or if you were with HP on December 31, 2002, and retired at a later date with eligibility for the program (this typically meant retiring at age 55 or later with at least 15 years of qualifying service, having at least 62 age-plus-service "points" as of December 31, 2005, and being within five years of qualifying as of June 30, 2007). This program generally does not apply if you joined HP through the Compaq or EDS acquisitions." Details:Pre-2003.
