Former employee. Send an email to request your personnel file:
- If you left the
Hewlett-Packard Company before Nov 1, 2015 -- or if
you left HP Inc. on or after Nov 1, 2015 -- you
are legally a former employee of HP Inc. -- regardless of
which part of HP you left.

Spring, TX 77389. 1-650-857-1501. (At a Post Office window,
you can specify Certified Mail combined with Return
Receipt.)

Most of the current personnel record information can be found in Workday, accessible via the HPInc Portal.
Older records were scanned and reside in a system called OFIS -- Optical File Imaging System.
Here is the path for an HPInc employee to find their OFIS personnel records: (HPInc digital badge or email-and-password required.)
1. Go to the Daily Inc home page.
2. Search for OFIS.
3. Click on the first listing for OFIS.
4. Click on the "OFIS - Launch" button. (If you are blocked with a certificate error, click the "ignore" link several times until you get through.)
When entering your employee number, be sure and include any leading zeros.
This will bring up a list of
documents that were originally paper but have been scanned.
For employees who have been part of the original HP, there
can be quite a few documents here.
(For example, an employee of 35 years found 52 documents,
including their original offer-of-employment letter.)
If trouble accessing, contact your manager with the above path information. Each manager has access to the personnel records of their direct reports.
