- If you left the Hewlett-Packard Company before Nov 1, 2015 -- or if you left HP Inc. on or after Nov 1, 2015 -- you are legally a former employee of HP Inc. -- regardless of which part of HP you left. Current employee:
Most of the current personnel record information can be found in Workday, accessible via the HP Inc Portal.
Older records were scanned and reside in a system called OFIS -- Optical File Imaging System.
Here is the path for an HP Inc employee to find their OFIS personnel records: (HP Inc digital badge or email-and-password required.)
1. Go to the Daily Inc home page.
2. Search for OFIS.
3. Click on the first listing for OFIS.
4. Click on the "OFIS - Launch" button. (If you are blocked with a certificate error, click the "ignore" link several times until you get through.)
When entering your employee number, be sure and include any leading zeros.
This will bring up a list of
documents that were originally paper but have been scanned.
For employees who have been part of the original HP, there
can be quite a few documents here.
(For example, an employee of 35 years found 52 documents,
including their original offer-of-employment letter.)
If trouble accessing, contact your manager with the above path information. Each manager has access to the personnel records of their direct reports.
