There are two accounts involved -- at two related Alight companies with separate systems, locations, and personnel:

- Benefits Center account. Operated for HPInc and HPE by AlightWorklife. Shows the HPInc/HPE view of your health benefits -- therefore hard to interpret. Manage your RRA. Your Benefits Center Account (Once logged in, the page addresses start with "worklife.alight...")

- Alight Retiree Health Solutions account. A nationwide insurance sales agency. (Page URLs: "retiree.alight...") Log in to shop for plans before or during an AlightRHS agent appointment. Check status of plans bought from AlightRHS. (Page addresses start with "retiree.alight...")

If using AlightRHS, check your AlightRHS account -- even if not expecting to change plans. (As recommended in the mailings from Alight.)

Explore your options on the AlightRHS website before your phone appointment -- which you can do without disturbing your current plan settings.

Each dependent requires a separate account at AlightRHS.

Start at https://retiree.alight.com/hp (HPE: https://retiree.alight.com/hewlettpackardenterprise )

The AlightRHS site is a generic website used by many companies -- overlaid with a custom shell for our company.

If you don't have online access yet, click "Activate Your Account."

Click the "person" icon in the upper right corner.

Select "My Account" from the dropdown, then "My Profile."

Under "About Me" check the "Primary Phone Number." You can have only one phone number on your AlightRHS account, which is initially populated with data from your Benefits Center account.

Under "Account Security" check the "Identity verification settings." Select one way to verify your logins. You can enter a mobile number under "Text message" or any number under "Phone call." These numbers can be different from your "Primary Phone Number" selected under "About Me" above. (If you select email, the email comes from the suspicious "Retiree Services.")

Under "Communication Preferences" you can how you want receive sales and marketing messages.

You can also add a Power of Attorney -- someone you can designate to make decisions if you're unable to do so yourself.

The amount of your 2026 HPInc RRA subsidy, if any, is shown on your AlightRHS account. A dependent's subsidy is shown on their separate account. How the RRA process works: https://www.hpalumni.org/enroll-rra-process

HPInc RRA subsidy. Go to your Alight Retiree Health Solutions account to see next year's Retiree Reimbursement (RRA) amount -- if any. (Go to your Benefits Center account to see the current balance -- and every single reimbursement -- on RRA and similar accounts.)

Based on a link to your Benefits Center account at AlightWorklife, your Alight Retiree Health Solutions account shows the original RRA allocation amounts for this year and next year. A dependent's subsidy is shown on their separate AlightRHS account.

It does not show any reimbursements that were actually made -- that info is on your Benefits Center account at AlightWorklife.
The 2025 amount is the annual subsidy that you received -- or would have received -- for 2025.
The 2026 amount is the annual subsidy you will receive if you buy an individual plan for 2026 through AlightRHS.

If you have Retiree Reimbursement Account problems. Contact your Benefits Center -- not AlightRHS -- if there are problems with the Retiree Reimbursement Account RRA subsidy. https://www.hpalumni.org/BenefitsCenter

On the AlightRHS website -- which is essentially the same as what the agent uses -- you can sort the available plans by Score, Total Cost, Premium, or insurer. For Advantage and Drug plans, you can also sort by CMS Star Rating.

Check our list of AlightRHS issues. A major bug. Incorrect info about doctors. Incorrectly forced to do medical underwriting. AARP/UHC plans, cost variations. https://www.hpalumni.org/enroll-alightrhs-issues

After the appointment, use your Alight Retiree Health Solutions account to verify that your choice is in process -- and check progress.
