HPInc or HPE Benefits Center account. Check key settings, check status, research history. (Whether or not receiving benefits subsidized by HPInc or HPE.) Email us: info@hpalumni.org (Updated Dec 9, 2025) Correction: RRA subsidy without purchasing from AlightRHS. https://www.hpalumni.org/enroll-rra-workaround There are two accounts involved -- at two related Alight companies with separate systems, locations, and personnel: - Benefits Center account. Operated for HPInc and HPE by AlightWorklife. Shows the HPInc/HPE view of your health benefits -- therefore hard to interpret. Manage your RRA. (Page addresses start with "worklife.alight...") - Alight Retiree Health Solutions account. A nationwide insurance sales agency. (Page URLs: "retiree.alight...") Log in to shop for plans before or during an AlightRHS agent appointment. Check status of plans bought from AlightRHS. Your AlightRHS Account (Page addresses start with "retiree.alight...") - How the Retiree Reimbursement Account (RRA) process works. RRA Process 1. Sign in to your Benefits Center account. - HPInc Benefits Center. https://www.myhpbenefits.com - HPE Benefits Center. https://www.myhperewards.com (You may have to update your password -- or activate online access by entering some identifying information.) The AlightWorklife site is a generic website used by hundreds of companies -- overlaid with a custom shell for our company. As a result, the user interface is spotty. Just keep trying links and buttons. Using your browser's "back" arrow may log you off. 2. Check your health coverage -- group vs individual plans. On the first page of your Benefits Center account, click the blue "View details" button partway down the first page. - If you have an individual plan, it will display "Alight Retiree Health Solution" [The Benefits Center has no information about which specific policies you have or what you are paying -- just that you bought through AlightRHS.. - If you have a group plan, it will display the name of the specific plan. If so, you must buy one or more individual plans, as described in the HPInc or HPE enrollment documents. 3. Check key settings on your account. Settings to check on your Benefits Center account: - More than one phone number -- or an old number -- is an opportunity for confusion, as members discovered when AlightRHS couldn't reach them. - Members who chose email-only, instead of both postal mail, report receiving receive important communications -- such as disenrollment letters -- buried in emails that looked like a normal monthly notice. - Check that your account covers any dependents as well as yourself. - Check "Current Coverage." If you currently have a group plan, the plan name and your "per pay period" cost will be displayed -- because HPInc or HPE is a party to the transaction. - If you currently have an open-market individual policy, your coverage will be shown as "Alight Retiree Health Solution $0.00" -- because the Benefits Center has no need for information about the policy you purchased from Alight. 4. How to find coverage history for you and your dependents. Before calling the HPInc or HPE Healthcare Benefits Center to resolve a problem, research your personal coverage and reimbursement history. Then you and the Benefits Center (AlightWorklife) phone agent are looking at the same info. If you see "Health & Insurance Summary" in the center of the page, do not click that link. Wait until the page fills up. Click "Health & Insurance" in the top row of links (not "Health & Insurance Summary" in the center of the page.
Select "Health & Insurance Summary" 5. How to find your Retiree Reimbursement Account (RRA) reimbursement history. Check your bank account to be sure that you have been actually getting reimbursements. RRA reimbursements show as on your bank account as being from "YSA" -- a separate AlightWorklife service called "Your Spending Account." On your Benefits Center account, click "Reimbursement Accounts" in the top row. Next to "Quick Links" -- click the tiny "View all" link to see all of the available buttons. As you use the buttons on that page, you must keep clicking "View all" to stop some buttons from disappearing. "Manage your account" shows the currently available balance in your RRA -- but nothing about next year's allocation, if any. Reimbursements for the year stop when the RRA account is empty. If not, any unused money is carried over from year to year. "Manage premium auto-reimbursement" has controls for the amount and frequency. (One member found that a premium -- that had been getting reimbursed since 2020 -- had been turned off for 2025. A Benefits Center call agent said that there was a system change in Jan 2025.) "Reimbursement Status" displays all transactions in date order. If you select "--All--" in both windows, and then click "Apply" it displays several pages, going back to Jan 2023. "Account Activity" lets you search for a specific word back to Jan 2023. "Claim status" displays several pages, going back to Jan 2023. "Get reimbursed" starts a simple, clear process to enter a claim, including uploading a statement.
