HPInc or HPE Benefits Center account. Check key settings, check status, research history. (Whether or not receiving benefits subsidized by HPInc or HPE.) Menu of Benefits Enrollment pages: Enrollment Menu Based on reports from HP Alumni Association members who have completed enrollment. Join forums: https://www.hpalumni.org Not officially endorsed or supported. Question? Email us: info@hpalumni.org (Updated Dec 2, 2025) Note: There are two accounts involved. Your HPInc or HPE Benefits Center account is at a company called AlightWorklife. (Once logged in, the page addresses start with "worklife.alight...") You probably also have an account at the AlightRHS insurance sales agency, Alight Retirement Health Solutions "AlightRHS." (Page addresses start with "retiree.alight...") 1. Sign in to your Benefits Center account. - HPInc Benefits Center. https://www.myhpbenefits.com - HPE Benefits Center. https://www.myhperewards.com (You may have to update your password -- or activate online access by entering some identifying information.) The AlightWorklife site is a generic website used by hundreds of companies -- overlaid with a custom shell for our company. As a result, the user interface is spotty. Just keep trying links and buttons. However, do not use your browser's "back" arrow -- the site may log you off. 2. Check your health coverage -- group vs individual plans. On the first page of your Benefits Center account, click the blue "View details" button partway down the first page. - If you have an individual plan, it will display "Alight Retiree Health Solution" [the HPInc or HPE Benefits Center has no information about which specific policies you have -- just that you bought through AlightRHS. - If you have a group plan, it will display the name of the specific plan. If so, you must buy one or more individual plans, as described in the HPInc or HPE enrollment documents. 3. Check key settings on your account. Settings to check on your Benefits Center account: - More than one phone number -- or an old number -- is an opportunity for confusion, as members discovered when AlightRHS couldn't reach them. - Members who chose email-only, instead of both postal mail, report receiving receive important communications -- such as disenrollment letters -- buried in emails that looked like a normal monthly notice. - Check that your account covers any dependents as well as yourself. - Check "Current Coverage." If you currently have a group plan, the plan name and your "per pay period" cost will be displayed -- because HPInc or HPE is a party to the transaction. - If you currently have an open-market individual policy, your coverage will be shown as "Alight Retiree Health Solution $0.00" -- because the Benefits Center has no need for information about the policy you purchased from Alight. 4. How to find coverage history for you and your dependents. Before calling the HPInc or HPE Healthcare Benefits Center to resolve a problem, research your personal coverage and reimbursement history. Then you and the Benefits Center (AlightWorklife) phone agent are looking at the same info. If you see "Health & Insurance Summary" in the center of the page, do not click that link. Wait until the page fills up. Click "Health & Insurance" in the top row of links (not "Health & Insurance Summary" in the center of the page.
Select "Health & Insurance Summary"
5. How to find your RRA reimbursement history.
(They show on your bank account as coming
from "YSA."
If you ask a Healthcare Benefits Center agent about reimbursements, they transfer
you to a different call center.) Benefits Centers (AlightWorklife): HPInc 1-800-890-3100 (HPE 1-844-537-5304) Menu of Benefits Enrollment pages: Enrollment MenuLink to this page: https://www.hpalumni.org/enroll-benefits-center-account |
